Read – Matthew 25:34-45

Dwell – Followers of Jesus are called to actively seek out opportunities to do good, make an impact, and offer help wherever it’s needed. Throughout history, the Church has been known as a source of charity and compassion for those in need. While it’s easy to view this through the lens of programs, systems, or organized structures, Jesus offers a much more personal perspective. Yes, the Church as a whole has a role to play—but Jesus desires that each of us engage directly with humanity by putting feet to the Gospel and living out the Great Commission. It’s often said that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. As we live out the Gospel, Jesus calls us to this very heart: “Whatever you did for one of the least of these… you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)

Pray – “Where are the least of these in my life you are calling me to love?”
